About the Mission

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Professional (H/F) to join our team at a temporary accommodation facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual needs and medical prescriptions
  • Coordinate care activities from admission to discharge, working collaboratively with healthcare assistants
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid IDE diploma (H/F)
  • Experience in geriatric care is an asset (previous experience or training)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
