We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the transformation of our Client Relations Centers. As a key member of our Digital & Client department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive transformation strategy for our Client Relations Centers, aligning with our business objectives and purpose-driven culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Retail, Client, Ecommerce, Aftersales & Sustainability, to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
- Manage the transformation of our Client Relations Centers, focusing on operational excellence, quality, and consistency across regions and channels.
- Forecast and manage volumes of activities in different regions to ensure proper staffing and resource allocation.
- Lead transversal taskforces to identify and eliminate friction points, enhancing the client experience and driving business growth.
- Build a community of best practice sharing, training, and knowledge transfer to ensure a high-performing team.
- Minimum 3 days per week in Paris, working closely with the program team.
- Proven experience in client service transformation, business/project management, and a strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Able to challenge the group to create a new CRC tailored to the needs of the brand.
- Strong product/styling training skills, with a focus on Ready-to-Wear/Fashion.
- Ability to provide guidance and support to regional CRCs, ensuring they have everything needed to develop their business.
