Job Overview Responsibilities:

As a vital member of a diverse team, you will assist adults with disabilities in fostering their integration and independence.

Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting a comprehensive socio-educational assessment to design and implement a tailored educational initiative.
- Providing support on both social and educational fronts: adapting communication styles, executing socio-educational interventions, facilitating learning opportunities, and mitigating risks.
- Identifying and deploying necessary resources to help individuals retain their skills while customizing the environment to meet their unique needs in areas such as consumption, social and professional integration, and health and nutrition.
- Creating and executing approved actions to empower individuals in building their identity, harnessing their skills, and participating in the community as equal citizens.
- Sharing your expertise with individuals to enhance their autonomy in daily activities.
- Documenting summaries, situation assessments, and reports.
- Engaging in institutional dynamics: staying updated on developments, adjusting professional practices, and contributing to the evaluation of institutional initiatives.
- Collaborating with the service manager to gather essential elements for monitoring the indicators outlined in the institutional project.

Candidate Profile Qualifications / Other Requirements:

Required Qualification: Educator Monitor diploma

Additional requirements:
- Strong communication skills, relational engagement, ability to work independently, active listening, and teamwork orientation.
- Previous experience in the open medical-social sector is preferred.
- A valid driver's license is mandatory.
