Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee critical phases of our industrial projects. In this role, you will be instrumental during the pre-sale stage:
Evaluate client requirements and suggest efficient technical solutions that align with budget constraints.
Prepare for project execution by developing and tracking timelines, as well as planning both human and material resources.
Manage essential administrative duties including permits and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team and coordinate with subcontractors.
- Assist in drafting subcontracting agreements and ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Oversee project budgeting and financial management.
- Provide additional cost assessments as needed.
- Foster client relationships in collaboration with the operations management team.
- Establish and implement testing and acceptance procedures on-site; finalize project deliverables.
- Enhance and grow the client portfolio.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a background in Mechanical Engineering, holding a Master's degree or an equivalent qualification from an engineering institution, along with relevant experience in design and calculations.
