Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Assistant to join our team at CRH, a leading provider of building materials solutions. As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions, including personnel administration, training, recruitment, and payroll.

Key Responsibilities

  • Personnel Administration
    • Draft and maintain employment contracts and amendments
    • Manage personnel files and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
    • Coordinate medical check-ups and integration of new employees
    • Manage temporary workers and relations with temp agencies
    • Monitor hours worked and update HR databases
  • Training and Development
    • Collect and analyze training needs
    • Assist in developing training plans and programs
  • Recruitment and HR Development
    • Register job postings on our ATS module
    • Assist in processing applications and pre-selecting candidates
    • Help optimize the process of integrating and terminating employees
  • Payroll
    • Prepare variable payroll elements
    • Manage and monitor working hours

Requirements

  • Organized and rigorous approach to work
  • Discreet and confidential handling of sensitive information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in HR or related field (desirable)
  • Fluent English language skills
