Job Summary
We are seeking an HR Assistant to join our team at CRH, a leading provider of building materials solutions. As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions, including personnel administration, training, recruitment, and payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Personnel Administration
- Draft and maintain employment contracts and amendments
- Manage personnel files and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Coordinate medical check-ups and integration of new employees
- Manage temporary workers and relations with temp agencies
- Monitor hours worked and update HR databases
- Training and Development
- Collect and analyze training needs
- Assist in developing training plans and programs
- Recruitment and HR Development
- Register job postings on our ATS module
- Assist in processing applications and pre-selecting candidates
- Help optimize the process of integrating and terminating employees
- Payroll
- Prepare variable payroll elements
- Manage and monitor working hours
Requirements
- Organized and rigorous approach to work
- Discreet and confidential handling of sensitive information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Master's degree in HR or related field (desirable)
- Fluent English language skills
