We specialize in delivering cutting-edge network infrastructure solutions, encompassing fiber optic and Wi-Fi technologies, home automation systems, telephony services, and video protection. As we expand our market presence, we require a dedicated individual to contribute to our technical operations focused on fiber optics.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the successful implementation and maintenance of our fiber optic network infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with our technical teams to execute various operational tasks, including:
- Planning and Routing Fiber Optic Cable Installations: Accurately identify optimal routes for optical cable placements both indoors and outdoors.
- Fiber Optic Cable Pulling: Execute the installation of indoor and outdoor optical cables with precision and efficiency.
- Optical Panel Installation and Maintenance: Set up and maintain optical panels, ensuring seamless network connectivity.
- OTDR Testing and Analysis: Conduct OTDR tests to identify and resolve any issues within the fiber optic network.
- FTTX Network Development: Contribute to the expansion and enhancement of our FTTX (Fiber To The X) network on the island.
- Project Management: Oversee fiber optic projects, encompassing planning, budget management, logistical coordination, and team supervision.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Qualifications:
- A solid educational background or relevant experience in telecommunications, electronics, or electrical engineering is essential.
- Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience in fiber optic installation and maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (word processing, email, internet).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A strong work ethic, commitment to quality, and a passion for technology.
