• Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Providing emotional support and guidance to young people, and helping them to develop coping strategies and resilience.
• Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to the development of the team's goals and objectives.

About the Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Social Educator who is passionate about working with young people. The ideal candidate will have:

• A Diploma in Social Education or a related field.
• Experience working with young people in a care setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
