Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant (m/f/d) with expertise to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing our digital solutions for our clients, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions and recommendations
  • Lead the implementation and configuration, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices
  • Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for clients, resolving issues in a timely manner to minimize disruptions
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer success, to drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions and workshops to educate clients on the functionalities and benefits of the platform
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in construction technology, providing insights and recommendations for future enhancements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Technical Consultant or similar role
  • Ideally experience with construction project management software
  • Strong proficiency in software implementation and configuration, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Very good problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • Fluent French and English language skills
