Administrative Coordinator H/F

An exciting opportunity has emerged to become part of our team as an Administrative Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Development Officer with everyday operations and provide essential administrative support.
  • Organize schedules, manage appointments, and compile meeting summaries and survey feedback.
  • Respond to incoming client inquiries, assess their needs, and compile relevant information.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to clients as a courtesy.
  • Process requests related to housing.
  • Develop and maintain activity tracking dashboards.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a qualification in Administrative Support, relevant experience, and preferably some exposure to the social services sector. Excellent communication abilities, flexibility, and a focus on customer service are crucial.
