We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant at ADMR in Château-Thébaud. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide mobility support, including transfers, ambulation, and assistance with daily living activities
  • Prepare and serve meals, as well as assist with grocery shopping
  • Accompany clients on outings, engage in social activities, and provide emotional support
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment
Requirements
  • Experience in the healthcare or social services sector, preferably in a caregiving role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
