Job Title: Real Estate Consultant

Job Overview:

• Serve as the intermediary between property sellers and buyers: Secure exclusive sales agreements, effectively market listed properties, arrange and conduct property showings, and negotiate to achieve optimal sale prices.
• Facilitate the transaction process: Mediate and provide guidance during negotiations to ensure successful sales closure, accompany the transaction through to the notary signing, and contribute to the agency's financial growth.

You will embody the Orpi brand, representing the agency and its offerings in external engagements, actively engaging in the agency's initiatives, the group, and the network. Collaborate closely with all agency personnel, particularly a commercial assistant and the director.
