About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our team at SFIC. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Preparation and Fulfillment: You will be responsible for preparing and processing customer orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all products are stored and retrieved safely and efficiently.
  • Inventory Management: You will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Quality Control: You will be responsible for conducting regular quality checks on products and reporting any discrepancies or issues to the relevant teams.
  • Customer Service: You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all customer queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: You will have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: You will have basic computer skills and be proficient in using inventory management software.
  • Physical Demands: You will be required to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
