As part of a dedicated team of seven professionals, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the company's financial well-being by identifying, assessing, and mitigating insurance-related risks. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, including:
- Developing and Implementing Robust Risk Control Plans: You will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive control plans to effectively manage insurance risks across the organization.
- Overseeing Action Plans and Strategies: Your expertise will be instrumental in overseeing the execution of associated action plans and driving the implementation of effective risk management strategies.
- Contributing to Key Risk Processes: You will actively participate in vital risk processes such as ORSA (Own Risk and Solvency Assessment) and risk appetite frameworks, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
