Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Developer to join our dynamic team in France. As a Project Developer, you will play a key role in carrying out the land identification and contract negotiation with landowners for Wind renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough land identification processes to identify suitable locations for Wind power plants.
- Negotiate purchase/rent contracts with landowners to secure land for project development.
- Support and follow up on project management activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage and oversee the different phases of project development, from land acquisition to project completion.
Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in technical/scientific studies, with a Master's degree in renewable energies being a plus.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Wind Project Development, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
- Basic knowledge of GIS mapping tools, such as QGIS and Google Earth PRO.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English (B2 or higher) and willingness to learn additional languages.
- Availability to travel and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Driving license (B) and ability to operate a vehicle safely.
