Job Description:

We are seeking a Global Manufacturing HR Strategist to join our team at Hager Group.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the human resource strategy across all countries with direct reports and the HR business partners network. This role requires strong credibility, providing an independent viewpoint while being a solid sparring partner for 2 Manufacturing VPs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Understand business trends, challenges, and translate the business strategy into HR strategic initiatives for Group Manufacturing and engage local HRBPs to deliver relevant and efficient HR contribution.
  • Build a strong credibility and provide an independent viewpoint while being a solid sparring partner for 2 Manufacturing VPs.
  • Act as a role model by inspiring and engaging Business Leaders to keep alive the fundamentals of our company culture, while facilitating mindset and behavioral evolutions.
  • Support organization assessment effectiveness by identifying and evaluating structures, capabilities, and behaviors.
  • Anticipate, influence, and support the design of the appropriate organizational structure supporting business strategy.
  • Ensure sustainable talent management for succession pipelines for key positions, talent pool, and specific development plans, through the coordination of People & Organization reviews and the monitoring of the action plan.
  • Ensure transversal coordination and deployment of Key initiatives and processes defined with center of expertise: Talent Management, Talent acquisition, Learning, Compensation & Benefits, HR Information Systems.

Your Profile:

  • You have approx. 10 to 15 years of experience including: operational HRBP within a manufacturing environment, international experience, people management, project management (leading transformations), full professional proficiency in English, German or French language is a plus.
  • You are able to foster change within a matrix environment, you have extensive communication and facilitation skills, and you are able to set priorities in a complex and ambiguous environment.
