Your Role: Team Leader in Bio-Cleaning

As a Team Leader in Bio-Cleaning, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation within our client facilities. You will lead and motivate a team of cleaning professionals, overseeing all aspects of their work to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Supervise daily cleaning operations, ensuring adherence to established protocols and procedures.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of cleaning professionals. Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to foster individual growth and team cohesion.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and consistency of cleaning services. Implement corrective actions as needed to maintain impeccable standards.
  • Resource Management: Optimize the use of cleaning supplies, equipment, and personnel to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
