About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction for BYmyCAR. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to provide tailored sales solutions
- Manage phone and online leads to convert them into sales
- Present and demonstrate BYmyCAR's products, highlighting their features, pricing, and financing options
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Organize and participate in sales events and promotions
- Represent BYmyCAR's brand and values in a professional and positive manner
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in using sales software and tools
- Fluency in Chinese language
- Valid driver's license
