Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance and accounting functions. As a key member of our executive team, you will drive financial strategy and decision-making, optimize financial performance, and manage risk.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial strategy and planning, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.
- Provide financial analysis, reporting, and insights to the CEO, executive team, and board of directors.
- Manage accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Oversee cash management, including fundraising, investor relations, and banking relationships.
- Monitor and manage financial risks, including investments, foreign exchange, and interest rate risks.
- Build and manage a high-performing finance team, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Contribute to M&A strategy and provide financial due diligence and support for M&A activities.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a finance senior leadership role.
- Experience in a Big 4 audit firm.
- Proven track record of successfully leading finance and accounting functions in high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- International experience.
