IT Senior Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Senior Auditor to join our team at AXA. As a key member of our Internal Audit department, you will be responsible for leading and performing independent reviews of IT systems, projects, and processes across the Group.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the definition, planning, organization, management, and realization of IT audits, including simple and complex assignments.
- Lead more junior auditors on audit engagements and be accountable for the reporting of findings and formalization of added value recommendations.
- Follow up on past recommendations and act as a sparring partner with issue owners to help remediate risks using a risk-based approach.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT audit workprograms and tools, and lead or contribute to internal projects aiming to benefit the global pool of IT auditors.
- Proven expertise in one or several of the following domains: IT audit, data governance/management, data analytics, IT project/change management, business continuity, Solvency II.
- Knowledge of standard IT audit methodologies, frameworks, and tools is a clear plus.
- Inquiring and analytical mindset, rigorous with strong perseverance skills, ability to anticipate risks, and take initiatives.
- Good organizational and time management skills, high level of autonomy, open-minded, and dynamic, with the ability to work within a multicultural team.
- Engineer, minimum 3 years of IT audit experience or minimum 5 years of IT operational experience.
- Be passionate about technology and have experience and good IT auditing skills regarding IT general matters.
