Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Spa Manager to join our team at Club Med. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for assisting the Spa Manager in the organization and management of the spa, ensuring the highest level of service and quality for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Spa Manager in the planning and execution of spa operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Welcome and orient guests to the spa, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase spa revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the spa team to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests receive a high level of care and attention.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of spa programs and services, including massage therapy, facials, and other treatments.
- Ensure that all spa facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Monitor and control the level of training and development of the spa team, ensuring that all staff members have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service.
- Promote the spa and its services to guests and staff, ensuring that the spa is fully utilized and that all guests have a positive experience.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a spa therapist or beautician.
- Fluent in English with good knowledge of technical vocabulary.
- 2-year technical degree in cosmetics required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
