Your Role
  • Oversee the management of both the sports footwear and team sports departments.
  • Ensure merchandise is displayed according to established merchandising standards.
  • Analyze sales performance and product availability to optimize inventory.
  • Handle customer inquiries and process product returns efficiently.
  • Lead team meetings and daily briefings to maintain team cohesion and productivity.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve department targets.
  • Provide training and support to sales team members, fostering their professional growth.
  • Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  • Promote customer loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for sports and a drive for sales success.
  • Proven experience managing retail teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding a team.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sports products and accessories.
  • Prior experience within the sports retail sector is highly advantageous.
  • A degree in sales, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
