Your Role- Oversee the management of both the sports footwear and team sports departments.
- Ensure merchandise is displayed according to established merchandising standards.
- Analyze sales performance and product availability to optimize inventory.
- Handle customer inquiries and process product returns efficiently.
- Lead team meetings and daily briefings to maintain team cohesion and productivity.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve department targets.
- Provide training and support to sales team members, fostering their professional growth.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- Promote customer loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.
- A genuine passion for sports and a drive for sales success.
- Proven experience managing retail teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding a team.
- Comprehensive knowledge of sports products and accessories.
- Prior experience within the sports retail sector is highly advantageous.
- A degree in sales, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
