At Michelin Oy, we are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Senior Engineer to join our team. As an Electrical Senior Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our power distribution systems and substations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cost-effective solutions for breakdown, corrective, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with operational maintenance teams to analyze root causes of electrical engineering-related issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Prepare and update technical documentation, including safety procedures, quality control measures, and work instructions, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure the availability of critical spare parts, equipment, and relevant data in the SAP system to support maintenance activities.
- Drive maintenance-related initiatives, such as RCM, CMMS, and FMEA, to ensure sustainability and continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the maintenance skills of technicians, including tutoring, coaching, and training materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in electrical distribution system designing and maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala, with good interpersonal relationship skills.
