What will your responsibilities entail?
Within the Performance Operations division in Ile-de-France, you will be integrated into a quality team as a Quality Assurance Project Engineer.
Under the supervision of the Delivery Manager, you will:
- Develop and ensure the effective implementation of the project/program quality assurance strategy;
- Conduct significant project/program reviews and communicate review outcomes;
- Validate documentation and perform process evaluations within projects/programs;
- Lead a team of quality engineers from various disciplines;
- Engage in critical root cause analysis (8D methodology, FMECA assessments, QRQC, fault tree analysis);
- Demonstrate the overall quality of the product/system to clients and provide quality assistance during client evaluations;
- Report to the Quality Director;
- Establish and execute the project/program process enhancement plan;
- Ensure adherence to the project/program management compliance with the existing quality management framework;
- Facilitate the effective execution of risk analysis meetings.
What we seek in a candidate:
With a Master's Degree (engineering school or university), you ideally possess a successful track record in quality management within the industrial sector.
- You have proficiency in one or more of the following standards: ISO 9001, EN9100, AQAP2110, DO 178/254, ARP 4754, EN 50128/50129, ISO/TS 16949;
- You are systematic, an effective communicator, and possess strong analytical and synthesis skills.
