Job Title: Retail Team Manager
As a Retail Team Manager, you will take charge of guiding and inspiring your team, focusing on their professional growth and skill enhancement. Your role will involve driving sales performance, contributing to overall revenue enhancement, and ensuring high service standards in the retail environments you manage. You will report directly to the Terminal Manager and will work closely with HR, marketing, and inventory management teams on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- Experience in retail management or a related sector
- Proficiency in English and/or another foreign language
- Demonstrated sales expertise and a customer-focused mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
This role requires reliable transportation due to the nature of the working hours.
