Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled GEPP Coordinator to join our HR team. As a key player in shaping our practices and driving transformation, you will:
- Collaborate with the HR Development Manager in defining and implementing GEPP policies and procedures.
- Forecast workforce needs and identify skill gaps to ensure the company's continued success.
- Create and update job descriptions and competency frameworks to align with industry standards.
- Lead performance review processes to drive employee growth and development.
- Monitor key HR metrics to inform business decisions.
- Promote internal mobility to foster a culture of career advancement.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
