Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Hepatic Transplant Nurse to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the care of patients undergoing liver transplantation.

• Provide comprehensive pre- and post-transplant nursing care, ensuring patient well-being throughout their journey.
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' suitability for transplantation and monitor their progress post-surgery.
• Administer medications, including pain management and anti-rejection drugs, with precision and attention to detail.
• Educate patients and their families on pre- and post-transplant care, empowering them to actively participate in their recovery.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and holistic patient care.

• State Registered Nurse with a proven track record in medical-surgical nursing, including experience in critical care settings.
• Proficiency in utilizing AP-HP computer systems and administrative procedures.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, enabling effective patient interaction and teamwork.
