Job Overview
Lely France is seeking a skilled Technical Service Manager to lead, organize, and develop its Technical Service Support department.
Main Responsibilities
As a team leader, your role will involve guiding and motivating a team of 11 technical experts dedicated to providing expertise through audits, training, and daily technical support to the Lely network.
You will work closely with our factory based in the Netherlands to ensure a seamless interface between the distribution network and various factory services (engineering, product validation, project management, etc.).
You will provide high-quality, reactive technical support to our clients.
You will participate in the launch of new products, ensure the smooth operation of our training center while respecting HSE and quality requirements, and oversee project and/or critical dossier follow-up.
You will engage your team and network stakeholders in adopting and respecting operational methods (Lely Way of Working) to improve service quality through indicators (client satisfaction, service efficiency, etc.).
You will handle, prioritize, and escalate, if necessary, client complaints to the headquarters for correction.
You will be a driving force for improvement and optimize a set of activity indicators to support the professional development of your team members.
Requirements
Higher education: Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac+3 - Bac+5 or equivalent). You must be fluent in English (ideally with a second language, such as Spanish). You have experience in a client-facing service (B to B or B to C) or maintenance service. You have a first management experience.
