DERICHEBOURG Green Spaces, dedicated to nature creation, is seeking a Site Manager for Green Space Development (M/F).
Job Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Business Manager while organizing, managing, and supervising the development of green spaces.
- Oversee the administrative, technical, and financial elements of construction projects, supported by experienced site managers.
- Prepare estimates and respond to client inquiries effectively.
- Assess material, technical, and human resources necessary for the efficient operation of projects, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Foster and maintain relationships with suppliers and clients.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in landscaping or a related discipline, along with substantial technical expertise in outdoor construction (Green Spaces, V.R.D., etc.).
We seek an individual with strong interpersonal abilities, capable of integrating into a rapidly growing and cohesive organization. Key attributes for this role include diligence, attention to detail, motivation, and excellent organizational skills. A valid driver's license is mandatory.
Employment Status: Private sector executive (Landscape collective agreement)
Location: Lisses (91)
Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience over 12 months, plus Health Insurance
