Key Responsibilities:- Employee Engagement: Plan and organize employee events, team-building activities, and recognition programs to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract skilled candidates for various roles, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent for the organization.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies, driving business performance and growth.
- Training Partnerships: Coordinate with external training providers or develop in-house training resources as needed, ensuring high-quality training solutions for employees.
- Education: Graduated from a reputable university in Human Resources, Law, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience at HR management level, with at least 10 years in Angola.
- Language Skills: English and Portuguese fluency required.
