Mission Overview:

As a Credit Risk Supervisor, your responsibilities will be divided into two main phases:

1. Service Analysis and Structuring (Build Phase):
- Assessment: Analyze current debt collection processes, pinpointing gaps and areas for enhancement.
- Documentation: Develop procedures for follow-up and collection processes, including tailored communication strategies.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure the effectiveness of collection processes (e.g., DSO, recovery rates, non-performing assets).
- Regular Reporting: Define reporting structures and dissemination frequency based on performance tracking objectives and relevant populations. Facilitate credit and collection committee meetings with financial and commercial departments.
- Reporting Preparation: Compile regular updates on collection statuses for management.
- Team Recruitment and Management: Raise awareness and train all team members (both domestically and internationally) involved in the process, including subsidiary staff.

2. Daily Credit Management Operations:
- Client Account Management: Regularly analyze and monitor client accounts and payment delays.
- Credit Limit Management: Oversee credit limits and assess client default risks. Manage relationships with partners such as collection agencies, credit information companies, and judicial administrators.
- Client Communication: Negotiate payment plans or solutions to regularize situations, considering clients' payment capabilities and company policies.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand contract details and sales conditions that may impact collections.

Qualifications:
You should possess a similar background in credit risk management and collections, ideally with 8 to 10 years of experience. Your analytical skills will enable you to provide well-founded recommendations for decision-making. You will lead and engage teams in a project-oriented manner, maintaining direct or functional relationships.

Your interpersonal skills and adaptability will facilitate close cooperation with diverse teams. You should have a strong ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and engage team members effectively.

Proficiency in English is preferred, as the organization is expanding internationally, and English language skills would be advantageous.
