Marketing Assistant EMEA Internship

Join MAC, a leading manufacturer, marketer, and seller of quality skin care, makeup, fragrance, and hair care products, as a Marketing Assistant EMEA Internship. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic and international environment of the Cosmetics industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Consumer Marketing department in developing and implementing customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Monitor customer analysis, track market activation results, and build competitive decks.
- Assist in coordinating projects, providing qualitative and quantitative value, and driving business growth.
- Owned Media:
- Coordinate content gathering and propose ways to optimize the process.
- Monitor regional Owned Media KPIs and achieve defined FY24 strategy goals.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to guide Global, Regional, and Local strategies.
- CRM:
- Work with agencies to create regional campaign assets.
- Monitor regional CRM KPIs and achieve defined FY24 strategy goals.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to guide Global, Regional, and Local strategies.
- Monitor competition.
- Loyalty, Retention, and Omnichannel:
- Support the Consumer Marketing Manager in rolling out Loyalty programs and Omnichannel initiatives.
- Monitor results of Loyalty & Omnichannel initiatives and provide recommendations to improve performance.
- Assist in the perfect execution of the regional Retention strategy.
- Minimum Education Level: Student of higher education BAC +4/5 or Business Schools.
- Minimum Years and Area of Experience: First experience in Marketing, ideally in Digital Marketing.
- Required Language Proficiency: English (fluent).
- Licenses or Certifications: Student of higher education BAC +4/5 or Business Schools.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Liking numbers and turning analysis into actionable insights.
- Rigorous, detail-oriented, dynamic, with excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to take initiative.
- Motivated to work in a dynamic, international environment.
- Located in Neuilly-sur-Seine.
- International environment with over 40 nationalities in the office.
- Up to 10 days a month of remote working.
- 10 days of remote working in the EU within your internship framework.
