Your contributions will be essential in enhancing the technical quality of the studies conducted by AtkinsRéalis, with a continuous emphasis on innovation and efficiency in project execution.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing, implementing, or overseeing civil engineering studies in accordance with relevant standards and nuclear safety protocols.
- Providing technical oversight in your area of expertise and leveraging your knowledge to suggest and apply innovative study techniques.
- Ensuring the quality and sustainability of the outcomes produced.
- Overseeing the budget and timeline of studies undertaken by AtkinsRéalis.
- Utilizing and promoting the results through effective communication both internally and externally.
- Drafting technical documentation that substantiates technical decisions in line with applicable standards.
- Supporting the project manager during the bidding phase by performing feasibility assessments and cost evaluations.
Desired Qualifications:
- Degree in civil engineering from a recognized institution (e.g., ESTP, ENPC, Mines, CHEBAP, INSA).
- Proven experience in the Nuclear sector or a comparable complex and regulated industrial field such as Defense or Pharmaceuticals.
- Fluency in French (C1 level or equivalent) and proficient professional English (B2 level or equivalent).
- High degree of autonomy, initiative, and ability to manage interfaces.
- Strong adaptability, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in multicultural and international project environments.
- Expertise in design principles and methodologies for concrete and metal structures.
- Proficiency in Finite Element analysis software such as Ansys, Robot Structural Analysis, or similar tools.
Additional Skills Valued Based on Experience:
- Technical leadership of a team of engineers and technicians.
- Management of design and execution studies in accordance with project codes, standards, and specifications.
- Familiarity with French and international design regulations and standards (Eurocode) as well as modeling software (TEKLA, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
