Club Med is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Childcare Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and supervision to children aged 4 months to 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and supervising children in a safe and nurturing environment
- Creating engaging and educational activities, games, and songs to promote cognitive and motor skill development
- Implementing and organizing high-quality childcare services that meet the expectations of children and their families
- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the childcare area, including the infirmary and equipment
- Developing and implementing a program of playful and participatory activities to encourage children to try new things
- Collaborating with the culinary team to develop menus that meet the dietary needs of children
Requirements
- Registered Nurse and childcare qualifications
- Fluent in English and knowledge of another language is a plus
- Experience in childcare and early childhood development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
