About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team as a Technical Lead. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for hands-on development, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring our platform is scalable, reliable, and user-friendly.
Responsibilities- Technical Leadership
- Define and implement the technical architecture for our dating app across the full stack.
- Establish development best practices, coding standards, and code review processes.
- Guide the team in making technical decisions and solving complex problems.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and assess their potential for the app.
- Hands-on Development
- Contribute directly to the development of our core backend services using Node.js.
- Build and maintain our mobile application using React Native.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Work closely with the product team to implement engaging user interfaces and experiences.
- DevOps (GCP)
- Design and manage the infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and testing.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues in production.
- Ensure the security and reliability of our cloud infrastructure.
- Team Management
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering their growth and development.
- Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members.
- Proven experience as a full-stack developer with expertise in Node.js and React Native.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and hands-on experience with GCP (or equivalent cloud platforms).
