Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated individual to become part of a supportive and engaged work environment.
This role involves collaboration with the Quality Director of the Réseau Le Saint and the regional Quality Manager to enforce the Quality Management System protocols, particularly those concerning food safety and customer satisfaction.
Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Overseeing the procurement of raw materials (supplier documentation, reception control tracking, supplier assessment)
- Ensuring product sanitation standards in the warehouse (temperature control, cold storage management, waste handling, traceability)
- Updating and supervising the Hygiene Control Plan for the site, conducting hazard analysis using the HACCP methodology
- Executing the sampling strategy for analyses and monitoring outcomes
- Managing food safety alerts
- Supervising cleaning and sanitation protocols at the site
- Tracking equipment subject to legal metrology requirements
- Preparing for and participating in product certification and customer audits
- Addressing customer complaints and inquiries
- Training personnel on Good Hygiene Practices and fostering daily awareness
- Documenting customer satisfaction metrics and participating in management discussions
- Overseeing the management procedures for bluefin tuna
This is a full-time role with immediate availability.

Qualifications:We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree to Master's Degree in Quality, Hygiene, or Agri-Food.
