Position: HVAC Service Technician

VINCI Facilities, a key player in the maintenance sector of VINCI Energies, specializes in the management of technical installations and services for commercial properties, focusing on cost efficiency and quality assurance.

Our team in the Midi-Pyrénées region is seeking an HVAC Service Technician.

In this role, you will report directly to the contract manager and be tasked with executing both corrective and preventive maintenance tasks on various systems, including air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, and electromechanical systems across multiple industrial sites.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting preventive and corrective maintenance activities in accordance with established procedures and schedules,
  • Identifying and diagnosing the underlying causes of system failures and implementing effective solutions,
  • Documenting maintenance activities and utilizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS),
  • Performing minor maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems,
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.

Adherence to safety and prevention protocols is essential in this position.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in HVAC or a related field, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience in HVAC maintenance. Proven expertise in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems is required.

Proficiency in handling refrigerant fluids in accordance with regulatory standards is necessary, and you should hold a valid certificate for refrigerant handling - category 1.

Familiarity with digital tools and mobile applications is expected, and readiness for immediate engagement is crucial.

Success in this role will depend on your ability to work independently, demonstrate strong diagnostic skills, and maintain a proactive approach, all while fostering a collaborative and service-oriented environment.
