As a Logistics and Manufacturing Manager, you'll be responsible for managing global logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management. You'll negotiate contracts with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and logistic service providers to secure the best rates and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage global logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management
- Negotiate contracts with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and logistic service providers
- Implement and oversee a Total Quality Management system throughout the Ledger industrial site in Vierzon
- Lead the process for obtaining and maintaining ISO 9001 certification
- Ensure all manufacturing and logistics processes meet international quality standards and compliance requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- English proficiency, ability to work in an international environment
- Minimum of 8 years experience in a logistics or supply chain management role in a global company
- Proven experience with Total Quality Management and ISO 9001 certification process
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex global supply chain
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, proficient in English
