We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to join our team at Host Broadcast Services (HBS) in Boulogne-Billancourt, France.

The estimated salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

As a Project Management Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving consistent and efficient Project Management processes and tools, ensuring the correct deployment and use of the "Project Tool Box" on projects, and acting as a Project Management tool owner by consolidating needs from PM-Teams and supporting with the PMO team.

You will also provide visibility to all Directors/Heads Of on HBS Portfolio, issuing regular dashboards on their Department activity, and support the identification and monitoring of projects/multi-project risks. Additionally, you will manage the scheduling tool (WeTrack), administer the Ops Reporting App (OPRA), and oversee the CERES Platform.

Requirements:
  • Either experiences in the event-project industry with the motivation to grow skills in Project Management methodologies and tools or experiences in Project Management/ as a PMO with the motivation to learn the specifics of managing events-projects by deliverables and by risks.
  • Structured, organised, rigorous with a high sense of details.
  • Great in communicating, explaining and promoting the benefits of applying developed methodologies and processes but, ultimately, able to ensure they are applied.
  • Consensus and service-oriented.
  • Enjoys working with people from different nationalities, languages and cultural backgrounds.
  • IT skills: excellent command of Pack Office, scheduling and planning tools.

Please note that fluency in English and French is required, both spoken and written.
