Job Summary

ADMR is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Assistant to join our team. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their daily lives, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve meals, and assist with feeding
  • Provide companionship and social support, engaging in activities and conversations
  • Assist with mobility and transfer, ensuring safe movement and transfer
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks
  • Valid driver's license (if required)
