The Role

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our team in Wasquehal. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of auditors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Organizing and planning audit missions, from initial planning to final synthesis, in accordance with legal or contractual requirements.
• Identifying and analyzing risks and developing audit plans in collaboration with the lead auditor.
• Auditing internal procedures and systems that impact financial reporting and information systems, to ensure the implementation of the most relevant and effective audit approach.
• Conducting audit work using a rigorous methodology based on knowledge of the client's specific needs and industry standards.
• Supervising the work of team members and interns.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in audit services, preferably in a Big Four or similar firm.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, auditing procedures, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
