Business Transformation Services

Our Business Transformation Services (BTS) team is part of SAP's Cloud Success Services organization, driving innovative services for customers from an end-to-end perspective. Our mission is to achieve customer success and retention for SAP by delivering efficient and flawless implementation of all SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the digitalization agenda of our customers through designing and implementing Innovation & Transformation Roadmaps.
  • Manage consulting, business value generation, business & process model redesign, and organizational change management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes through technology.
  • Act as a trusted advisor at C-level, providing business and technology expertise.
  • Build and maintain a personal external and internal network to drive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience in Management Consulting or other Advisory Services.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and solid presentation skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken French and English.
  • Broad experience of SAP portfolio, especially Retail.
  • Advisory experience in a SAP transformation context, including business process re-engineering, process design, and audits.
