Visual Merchandising Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Deciem Beauty Group. As a key member of our retail design team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute visual merchandising plans for retail stores and trade partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
  • Design and produce visual merchandising materials, including 2D and 3D assets
  • Manage and coordinate production of permanent merchandising in-store, from brief to execution
  • Support regional 2D graphic requests for online and offline channels
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in fashion, visual merchandising, business, or communication
  • 1-2 years of experience in merchandising roles in retail or luxury/beauty field
  • Strong knowledge of graphic design, printing, and scenography production
  • Fluent in French and English
