We are seeking a highly skilled IT Asset Manager to join our team at RATP EPIC. As an IT Asset Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the digital asset management programs and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Program Planning and Coordination: Define project objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for the implementation of digital asset management programs.
- Project Management: Lead and oversee all project phases, from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure effective communication and optimal coordination of activities related to digital asset management.
- Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential risks associated with projects, implementing strategies to minimize their impact.
- Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly track project progress, provide periodic reports on performance metrics, and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Quality Management: Ensure that project deliverables meet established quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and addressing their needs and concerns.
- Technological Research and Vigilance: Stay informed about advancements and trends in digital asset management, integrating best practices and innovative solutions into our programs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT Asset Management.
- Skills: Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and ITIL 4.
