CAMO Emploi, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a skilled Line Operator (M/F) to join their client's team in the agri-food industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanics or electrotechnics and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the production team by providing work instructions, enforcing quality, hygiene, and safety protocols, and fostering team relationships.
• Operating and maintaining industrial equipment to ensure smooth production line operations.
• Managing production activities, including quality checks, HACCP food safety, and line supply.
• Monitoring production schedules and addressing any malfunctions or issues.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of the production line by identifying areas for optimization.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and able to perform basic maintenance tasks.

This is a long-term position with a 2*8 shift schedule.
