Position Overview: We are in search of an Agile Coach to spearhead our Agile transformation initiatives within the organization. This role is pivotal in guiding teams to embrace and refine Agile methodologies in a hybrid environment, ensuring the delivery of superior products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Agile and Hybrid transformation initiatives across the organization.
  • Provide comprehensive training and coaching to teams on Agile principles, practices, and tools.
  • Mentor Agile teams to cultivate self-organizing and high-performing dynamics.
  • Facilitate essential Agile ceremonies, collaborating with Tech & Product stakeholders to secure alignment and commitment to Agile practices.
  • Continuously assess and enhance Agile processes and methodologies.
  • Manage the cultural and organizational shifts necessary for effective Agile adoption.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of Agile integration.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Possession of relevant certifications such as Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
  • Deep understanding of Waterfall and Agile principles and practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools that accommodate both methodologies.
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
