Mission

En tant que Product Manager Voice & Messaging, vous êtes responsable de la définition des produits constituant les prochaines évolutions fonctionnelles majeures des offres MVNO et IoT de Transatel. Ces fonctionnalités seront déclinées sur les différentes offres et marchés de la société.

Responsabilités
  • Recueillir les besoins clients et analyse de marché
  • Définir le contenu et les priorités des produits ainsi que les parcours clients associés
  • Solliciter, sélectionner et gérer les partenaires technologiques
  • Définir le positionnement tarifaire, les ambitions et le Business Plan
  • Coordonner l'étude de faisabilité interne et le chiffrage de la solution
  • Coordonner la mise en place du service (au sens MoA)
  • Construire les documentations de supports commerciaux des produits
  • Accompagner les forces de vente et chefs de marchés pour la mise sur le marché
  • Accompagner les déploiements des clients early-adopters
  • Gérer la roadmap de l'offre
Compétences requises
  • Formation école d'ingénieur
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire chez un opérateur ou un fournisseur de solutions / de services
  • Marketing produit et/ou Expérience technique sur les sujets de convergence fixe-mobile, Communications Unifiées, IMS, VoLTE, VoWIFI, RCS,...
  • Connaissance des offres de fournisseurs du marché (Cisco/Broadsoft, Oracle,...)
  • Entreprenant, dynamique, déterminé, autonome
  • Bonnes compétences en communication et en collaboration, avec la capacité d'influencer des équipes interfonctionnelles
  • Anglais courant indispensable ; une troisième langue serait un plus
