Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Regional Interim La Roche sur Yon, Groupe Triangle Solutions RH. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and facilities, performing routine maintenance tasks, and implementing preventive measures to minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on production and service equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Implement preventive maintenance measures to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules.
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and supervisors as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Maintenance of Production Techniques or Industrial Maintenance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
