Job Title: IT Project Management Office Manager

As a key member of the Corporate IT department, you will be responsible for leading the Project Management Office (PMO) and ensuring the quality of Ceva Santé Animale's Information Systems Department (ISD).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project processes, methods, and tools within the IT Department.
  • Coordinate PMO best practices with operational project managers.
  • Support and develop the project methodology and associated documentation.
  • Manage and develop project management tools, including IT Portfolio Management and Application Lifecycle Management.
  • Report on project activity performance within the IT Department.
  • Participate in the Group's PMO community.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and the implementation of best practices within the organization.
As Quality Manager for Ceva Santé Animale's Information Systems Department (ISD):
  • Develop and maintain a quality-oriented approach and mindset, in line with the Group's RLQ (Right Level of Quality).
  • Maintain the IT Quality Management System (IT QMS Site - Sharepoint).
  • Ensure proper documentation processes and practices.
  • Be the reference for audits and inspections.
Requirements:
  • 5-year higher education qualification in general engineering or IT.
  • At least 5 years' experience in project management.
  • Experience with project methods and project management tools.
  • Proven knowledge of quality management in the pharmaceutical environment (GxP), audit/inspection management, and CAPAs.
  • Rigor, organization, methodology, and ability to synthesize.
  • Communication, interpersonal skills, and leadership.
  • Analysis, problem-solving, and change management.
  • Continuous improvement and promoting a culture of operational excellence.
  • Creativity and innovation.
  • Good command of IT/digital tools.
