Bricomarché is the historic DIY brand of the Groupement Les Mousquetaires, now the third-largest DIY brand in France. As a local proximity store, Bricomarché caters to all audiences, from beginners to experienced DIY enthusiasts. Everyone can enter the store and find what they need to complete their projects, receive advice from specialists, and benefit from excellent customer service.

As a Customer Satisfaction/Fidelity Agent, you will be responsible for welcoming customers at various points of contact within the store (reception, aisles, checkout, loyalty card, returns, phone reception) while respecting customer rituals (smile, politeness, courtesy).

You will be a woman or man with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to listen, ensuring customer satisfaction during their shopping experience and not hesitating to report any comments to improve customer service.

You will be an integral part of the customer's purchasing journey and will not hesitate to inform them about the store's services and offer the most suitable options based on their needs and purchases during checkout.

At the checkout, you will be responsible for scanning items and processing final payments. As a cash handler, you will master all procedures related to the smooth operation of the checkout.

In the aisles, you will ensure the replenishment and quality maintenance of your sales area and will not hesitate to take initiatives daily to showcase your products and services.

With a strong customer service focus, a smile, and a high level of rigor, you will complete your missions with excellence, having already demonstrated these qualities in a previous experience on a similar role or eager to provide the best possible welcome to our customers.

In the context of this student employment, you will work on Sundays throughout the year.
