Wind Turbine Blade Technician

Our MED/SBU MED Service department focuses on special tasks, including blade repair and main component maintenance up to tower level.
The Special Tasks Operation department is responsible for:
- Monitoring blade maintenance processes
- Inspecting and assessing the operational condition of blades
- Performing administrative tasks related to hours, working conditions, and operational reporting
- Ensuring compliance with safety rules, quality procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Carrying out on-site repairs with technical expertise and following internal maintenance procedures
We offer competitive compensation, estimated at around €45,000-€60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our attractive salary package includes benefits that support your personal and professional growth.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A BTEC Higher National Diploma or BTS/DUT industrial or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering certification
- A degree or equivalent experience as a composite material technician and/or wind turbine maintenance technician
- Proficiency in technical English (written/spoken) and familiarity with Office Pack
You'll also benefit from:
- Working with composite materials
- Experience with wind turbines as a Service or Construction technician in Vestas or non-Vestas turbines
- Comfort working remotely in a turbine as part of a team with limited supervisory interaction
